The Thailand open is often held in Pattaya, proving without question the quality of the courses in the area.

Most people can’t just up sticks and move to the other side of the world as they have commitments back in their own country. That said it is possible to own a house close to one of these amazing golf courses and rent it out to golfers whilst you are unable to be in the country. The house will make you a nice income, and will always be available to stay in should you feel the desire for a holiday.
